All Sales are final on hair, hair care products, and eyelashes.  The health and safety of our customers are important to us. There is a strict no return policy on all digital products and ebooks.

For all other returns or exchanges please submit the reason for return by email to cs@aciredynasty.com. You have 15-days to return or exchange on apparel merchandise. The merchandise can not have signs of wear and must appear as it was when it was received.

 If a refund or exchange is given for the product, the buyer is responsible for shipping to product to Acire Dynasty LLC and also responsible for shipping the exchange. Shipping is non-refundable.
