Shipping Policy

At Acire Dynasty Collections, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Standard Processing Times:
- Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days
- Handmade products: 3–7 business days
- Personalized and custom orders: 5–10 business days
- Large, bulk, or special event orders: Processing times vary and will be communicated after your order is placed.
During holidays, promotions, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping service
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order, as changes may not be possible once production has started.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately at cs@aciredynasty.com.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address whenever possible.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Verify the shipping address provided.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Reach out to cs@aciredynasty.com, and we will gladly assist you with the claims process when applicable.
Acire Dynasty Collections is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact cs@aciredynasty.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the packaging materials
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, Acire Dynasty Collections primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Holiday Shipping
To help ensure delivery before major holidays, we encourage customers to place orders early. While we work hard to meet production timelines, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package is in the carrier's possession.
